Traditional Funeral Service
A traditional funeral service can include a day of visitation, followed by a funeral service the next day at your church, at the funeral home chapel or another location with burial or cremation immediately following.
These days, most people are finding that one day of visitation is adequate, however sometimes more time is warranted. Visitation the day of the funeral service and the day before, either private or public gives the family an important opportunity to come together in the presence of their loved one, one last time. Although many people have this chance at the place of death, many people tell us of the great comfort they receive by having their final farewell in a more comfortable environment and with their loved one gently placed, with their favorite clothing in a casket that represents the lifestyle of that particular person.
Memorial Service
A memorial service for your loved one can be conducted at your church, at the funeral home chapel or another location and usually takes place without the body present. When this option is chosen, many families choose to have a private or public gathering at the funeral home prior to the disposition of the body (burial or cremation). This gives the family a chance to say goodbye to the physical aspect of their loved one before the spiritual goodbye takes place. With this pre-memorial gathering comes the opportunity to use pallbearers to carry the loved one to the coach which will transport the deceased to the place of disposition (crematorium or cemetery). A time-honored tradition that allows families to feel involved and helpful at a very "helpless feeling" time. It's the little things that bring comfort in times of loss.
Personal Memorialization
Our firm offers and encourages family and friends to participate in the funeral service of your loved one. Eulogy by family and friends; pictures on view, cards for the public to write special memories; hobby and personal items on display; special music during the visitation and funeral service; writing of special notes/letters or pictures of good-bye; special personalized picture panels in the back panel of the casket; special casket corner emblems on selected caskets; engraving of written or picture/emblem on casket; other expressions to make the services more personalized and memorable to the family.
Cremation Services
Our firm offers a complete professional cremation service to our families. Cremation is simply an alternative to earth burial or entombment. We offer a wide selection of services to compliment the choice of cremation.

Our Trained Professional Pre-Need Specialists and Licensed Funeral Directors can assist you in this valuable service of pre-planning your final arrangements. There is no obligation or cost to you in completing these arrangements. These can be complete and detailed or simply basic information only.
Pre-Funding Options with Guaranteed Pricing
The Professional Licensed staff of the Denning's can explain your pre-funding options that are available. Depending upon your age, financial commitment and payment plan will determine the best option to choose from. Pre-funding may be completed at the bank of your choice or with life insurance for your final expenses. There are even options available that we can guarantee you the funeral home charges, casket and vault costs at today's prices and will not cost your family any additional funds, excluding cash advance items. As some funeral homes charge for this service, we make NO charge for pre-arrangements or pre-funding!
Cash Disbursements
Many funeral homes do not include this service for their families. Denning Funeral Directors have always included this service and will assume cash advance items for your family and will add these charges to your account. These items may include cemetery charges, flowers, obituary notices, death certificates, clergy and music honorariums, funeral lunch, monument engraving, or anything else we are instructed to include.
